European Health Insurance Card

The European Commission has launched an information campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).

The EHIC is free.  With it, it is easier for people from the European Union’s 27 Member States and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland to access health care services abroad.
